Product Description

Grade 316/316L is molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel. The higher nickel and molybdenum content in this grade allows it to demonstrate better overall corrosion resistant properties than 304, especially with regard to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. In addition, Alloy 316/ 316L provides excellent elevated temperature tensile, creep and stress-rupture strengths, as well as outstanding formability and weldability. 316L is the lower carbon version of 316 and is immune from sensitization; therefore, it is very frequently used in heavy gauge welded components.

Butt welded inclined branch stand/elbow branch stand ‌ is a pipe fitting for branch connection in pipe system, mainly installed on long radius or short radius elbow. The wall thickness of branch stand is optional in XS and XXS, the length ranges from 1/2 inch to 1/2 inch, and the end is designed with socket or external thread. Easy to connect with valves or other pipe components ‌ to suit different pipe layouts. They are available in a variety of connection modes, including butt welding, socket welding and threaded connection ‌. Butt welded inclined support and elbow support have a wide range of applications in pipeline system, mainly used in ‌ branch connection and ‌ valve installation.
