Alloy G-30 (UNS N06030) is a Ni-Cr-Fe corrosion-resistant alloy with alloying additions of molibdenum, tungsten, copper and niobium. Generally resistant to oxidizing environments, it's extremely resistant to phosphoric acid (P2O5) and thus used widely in the production of agrichemical fertilizers. It can be seen as a low-carbon variant of alloy G, with improved weldability (it's less prone to heat-affected zome carbide precipitation and hot-cracking), and ductility.Used in phosphoric acid plants, sulphuric acid service, nitric acid service, pickling operations, petrochemical operations, fertilizer manufacture, pesticide manufacture, gold extraction and nuclear waste processing.
Butt Welding Reducer, also known as reducers, are one of the chemical pipe fittings used to connect two pipes of different diameters. They are divided into concentric reducers and eccentric reducers. The fittings used to connect two interface pipes of different diameters or different cross-sections are reducers. Reducers are therefore also called "reducers". Reducers can be divided into circular reducers, rectangular reducers, square reducers and rectangular connecting pipes with twisting directions, which are divided according to the shape of the pipe fittings. According to the different diameters at both ends of the pipe, pipes of different diameters are divided into reduced diameters and eccentric reduced diameters. (Circular reducers and square reducers are prone to produce concentric and eccentric diameters, while rectangular reducers will only produce single-sided deflection and double-sided deflection)
