Alloy 20 is a nickel-iron-chromium based, austenitic alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in chemical environments containing sulfuric acid and many other aggressive media. This alloy is stabilized with niobium to resist intergranular corrosion. Alloy 20 may provide potential cost savings when carefully compared to higher nickel-based alloys, while out performing standard stainless steels.
Spade Flange Paddle Blank is a commonly used pipe connection component. It is mainly composed of two parts: insert plate and flange. The insert plate can be inserted into the pipeline to cut off the flow of the medium and other functions, and the flange part is equipped with a bolt hole, which is convenient to be closely connected with the other flange paired with the bolt to ensure the stability and sealing of the entire connection. Spade Flange installation is relatively convenient, it is widely used in pipeline system of petroleum, chemical, gas and many other industries, and plays an important role in temporary or long-term blocking of pipeline, switching process and other operations.
