Product Description

Alloy 20 is a nickel-iron-chromium based, austenitic alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in chemical environments containing sulfuric acid and many other aggressive media. This alloy is stabilized with niobium to resist intergranular corrosion. Alloy 20 may provide potential cost savings when carefully compared to higher nickel-based alloys, while out performing standard stainless steels. Weld Neck Flanges is a kind of flange with a cone neck and butt welded with the cylinder or pipeline. Due to the transition structure of the cone neck and butt welded connection, the strength and stiffness of the flange are strengthened, and the sealing is better than that of the flat welded flange. It is suitable for occasions where the pressure and temperature are high or the sealing requirements are high.
