Product Description

Alloy 20 is a nickel-iron-chromium based, austenitic alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in chemical environments containing sulfuric acid and many other aggressive media. This alloy is stabilized with niobium to resist intergranular corrosion. Alloy 20 may provide potential cost savings when carefully compared to higher nickel-based alloys, while out performing standard stainless steels. Lap Joint Stub End is a kind of steel butt welded pipe fitting. It is usually the part inside the loose flange. Loose sleeve flanges: loose sleeve flanges commonly known as looping flanges, partial welding ring looping flanges, flanges and butt welding looping flanges. It is often used when the medium temperature and pressure are not high and the medium is highly corrosive. When the medium is corrosive, the part of the flange in contact with the medium (flanged nipple) is a corrosion-resistant high-grade material such as stainless steel and other materials, and the external use of low-grade materials such as carbon steel material flange ring clamp it to achieve sealing.
