NXF ASTM B435 B572 5754 5798 Standard Alloy X/2.4665/N06002 DN15-1200 Class150-1500lb Lap Joint flange
Product Description
Alloy X has excellent resistance to reducing and carburizing atmospheres, making it suitable for furnace components. Due to its high molybdenum content, Alloy X may be subject to catastrophic oxidation at 1204°C. The alloy has good high temperature strength coupled with oxidation resistance up to 1093°C. This Alloy is readily weldable using matching filler wires. After severe forming, fabrications may be annealed at 1177°C, 15 minutes per 1/8″ of thickness, rapid air cool.
Lap Joint flange is a common pipe connection component. It is mainly composed of flanges and flanged joints or butt welded rings. Its remarkable feature is that the pipe and flange are not directly welded and fixed, but are connected by flanging joints, so that the pipe has activity space relative to the flange, forming a "loose sleeve" state. When connecting, like the flat welded ring loose sleeve flange, the flat welded ring is first welded to the pipe end and then fastened with the flange. The flange is suitable for the pipe thermal expansion and cold contraction obvious, the equipment has vibration displacement, convenient disassembly and maintenance. At the same time, it has good adaptability to the coaxial deviation of pipeline installation. Provides a flexible and reliable solution for pipe connections.
