Product Description

Alloy X has excellent resistance to reducing and carburizing atmospheres, making it suitable for furnace components. Due to its high molybdenum content, Alloy X may be subject to catastrophic oxidation at 1204°C.The alloy has good high temperature strength coupled with oxidation resistance up to 1093°C.This Alloy is readily weldable using matching filler wires. After severe forming, fabrications may be annealed at 1177°C, 15 minutes per 1/8″ of thickness, rapid air cool.A solid solution strengthening grade, Alloy X has good strength and corrosion resistance in reducing carburising atmospheres.

Butt welding straight tee is a pipe fitting, pipe connector, used at the branch pipe of the main pipeline. Equal diameter tee is a type of tee, and there are two types of tees: general equal diameter tee and reducing tee. It is named because the three ends can be connected to the pipe.Equal diameter tees are widely used in the construction and maintenance of projects in petrochemical, oil and gas, liquefied gas, fertilizer, power plant, shipbuilding, papermaking, pharmaceutical, food hygiene, urban construction and other industries. The pressure requirements for this kind of pipe fittings in industry are relatively high, and the maximum pressure can reach 600 kg. The water pipe pressure in life is relatively low, generally 16 kg.
