Product Description

Inconel X-750 alloy is mainly a γ "[Ni3(Al, Ti, Nb)] phase aging strengthened nickel based superalloy, with good corrosion
resistance and oxidation resistance below 980℃, high strength below 800℃, and good relaxation resistance below 540℃. It also has good formability and weldability. The alloy is mainly used in the manufacture of plane springs and helical springs that are resistant to relaxation and require high strength for aircraft engines operating below 800 ° C. It can also be used to manufacture turbine turbine blades and other parts. The varieties available are sheet, strip, bar, forgings, rings, wire and tubing.

Butt welding elbow is a steel hot press forming or forging forming elbow, its connection form is directly butt welding elbow and steel pipe.butt welding elbow according to its radius of curvature, can be divided into long radius butt welding elbow and short radius butt welding elbow. The curvature radius of the long radius butt welded elbow is equal to 1.5 times the outside diameter of the pipe, that is, R=1.5D. The curvature radius of the short radius butt welded elbow is equal to the outside diameter of the pipe, that is, R=1D. Where D is the diameter of butt welded elbow and R is the radius of curvature. If there are no special instructions, the general choice is 1.5D elbow.
