Product Description

B-2 alloy is a solid solution strengthened nickel-molybdenum alloy commonly used in extreme reduction conditions. Compared to the previous alloy B (UNS N10001), alloy B-2 significantly reduces the content of carbon, silicon and iron. Compared with B alloy, B-2 alloy is less prone to corrosion in the welding zone in the welding state. Controlling other alloying elements, such as iron and chromium, solves potential problems with molding and forming. The strict chemical control of B-2 alloy during the production process makes it used in the welded state and less susceptible to stress corrosion cracking under many conditions. Lap Joint Stub End is a kind of steel butt welded pipe fitting. It is usually the part inside the loose flange. Loose sleeve flanges: loose sleeve flanges commonly known as looping flanges, partial welding ring looping flanges, flanges and butt welding looping flanges. It is often used when the medium temperature and pressure are not high and the medium is highly corrosive. When the medium is corrosive, the part of the flange in contact with the medium (flanged nipple) is a corrosion-resistant high-grade material such as stainless steel and other materials, and the external use of low-grade materials such as carbon steel material flange ring clamp it to achieve sealing.
