Product Description

Alloy X has excellent resistance to reducing and carburizing atmospheres, making it suitable for furnace components. Due to its high molybdenum content, Alloy X may be subject to catastrophic oxidation at 1204°C. The alloy has good high temperature strength coupled with oxidation resistance up to 1093°C. This Alloy is readily weldable using matching filler wires. After severe forming, fabrications may be annealed at 1177°C, 15 minutes per 1/8″ of thickness, rapid air cool.

Bend pipe is a common pipe connection element, widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, natural gas, shipbuilding and other industries. It realizes the turn of the pipeline in the horizontal or vertical direction through the shape of the curve, making the pipeline layout more flexible and reasonable. The process of manufacturing stainless steel elbow is very important, which is directly related to its quality and reliability.
