Product Description

 

Alloy X has excellent resistance to reducing and carburizing atmospheres, making it suitable for furnace components. Due to its high molybdenum content, Alloy X may be subject to catastrophic oxidation at 1204°C. The alloy has good high temperature strength coupled with oxidation resistance up to 1093°C. This Alloy is readily weldable using matching filler wires. After severe forming, fabrications may be annealed at 1177°C, 15 minutes per 1/8″ of thickness, rapid air cool. Lap Joint Stub End is a kind of steel butt welded pipe fitting. It is usually the part inside the loose flange. Loose sleeve flanges: loose sleeve flanges commonly known as looping flanges, partial welding ring looping flanges, flanges and butt welding looping flanges. It is often used when the medium temperature and pressure are not high and the medium is highly corrosive. When the medium is corrosive, the part of the flange in contact with the medium (flanged nipple) is a corrosion-resistant high-grade material such as stainless steel and other materials, and the external use of low-grade materials such as carbon steel material flange ring clamp it to achieve sealing.
