Product Description

 

Alloy X has excellent resistance to reducing and carburizing atmospheres, making it suitable for furnace components. Due to its high molybdenum content, Alloy X may be subject to catastrophic oxidation at 1204°C. The alloy has good high temperature strength coupled with oxidation resistance up to 1093°C. This Alloy is readily weldable using matching filler wires. After severe forming, fabrications may be annealed at 1177°C, 15 minutes per 1/8″ of thickness, rapid air cool.

8-Spectacle Blind Flange, as the name suggests, is shaped like a figure 8, one end of which is a blind plate, the other end is a combination of throttling rings, when conveying fluid, the throttle ring is used, and the blind plate is used when cutting off, a bit like the role of a cut-off valve, which can be used to cut off when the valve leaks.
