Product Description

Alloy X has excellent resistance to reducing and carburizing atmospheres, making it suitable for furnace components. Due to its high molybdenum content, Alloy X may be subject to catastrophic oxidation at 1204°C.The alloy has good high temperature strength coupled with oxidation resistance up to 1093°C.This Alloy is readily weldable using matching filler wires. After severe forming, fabrications may be annealed at 1177°C, 15 minutes per 1/8″ of thickness, rapid air cool.A solid solution strengthening grade, Alloy X has good strength and corrosion resistance in reducing carburising atmospheres.

The Butt Welding Olet is a reinforced pipe fitting used for branch pipe connection that has been widely used abroad in recent years. It replaces the traditional branch pipe connection types such as reducing tees, reinforcement plates, and reinforced pipe sections. It has outstanding advantages such as safety and reliability, reduced cost, simple construction, improved medium flow, series standardization, and convenient design and selection. It is increasingly widely used in high-pressure, high-temperature, large-diameter, and thick-walled pipelines, replacing the traditional branch pipe connection method. The main body of the branch seat is made of high-quality forgings, and the materials used are the same as the pipeline materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc. The branch pipe and the main pipe are welded.
